I recently had someone on Facebook ask me to post some pictures of my Happy Planner homeschooling pages. How I homeschool with my planner has changed dramatically because of the new Happy Planner Teacher's Edition. Here is the video I made to respond to her request - I look terrible (GRUBBY)! Please don't judge me by this video. I was simply trying to hurry and post something for her...

Zero cost meant working with what I hadn't thrown out or given to charity yet.
I had some metal over-the-door storage that I was able to screw into the wall... I had a fellow happy planner request that I post my planning checklist. I immediately went into overload at the request. My "checklist" was actually a complicated system of lists. The request prompted me to consolidate & simplify. I have it down to a page now!!!
Click "Read More" for a word document version of my checklist followed by more photos, explanations, and instructions of how I made it. Up-cycle, Recycle, Re-purpose: My ZERO-Cost New Work Space Part 2: My Goal Art (Vision Board)2/8/2016 Sticking with my two original themes, my goal art (or vision board, if you prefer) is completely up-cycled from materials that I had around the house and from Anne Geddes photography.
Homeschooling plans can be easily integrated into an expandable scrapbook-style planner!
I give multiple examples from the simple to the more elaborate ways to do it.... I have a new creative hero ! (I am NOT being compensated in any way for saying so.)
If you have been through the absolute drudgery of trying to write a traditional business plan, I share your pain. Did you do it? Did you actually suffer through the entire process? Not me. I wasted my money on the software. But I never could finish one. Traditional business plans take my passion and suck the joy right out of it. I have tried to push through it, but my brain just doesn't want to work that way.
For the curious who haven't seen this powerful movie: "War Room" is about a family developing a battle plan (prayer strategy) to deal with tough issues, including infidelity.
I was so empowered by this movie that I decided to turn my Happy Planner into my "war room".
Our official planned launch date is January 27, 2016. But feel free to poke around while you are here...And PLEASE return again when all of the construction dust has settled. We still have quite a few things left to do & the countdown is on...
We are doing everything we can to make this a special place for you to be inspired & empowered! |
